If you are looking at this post it is very likely because you have seen some very negative things about me and my business and want to know what it is all about. All of the negative posting you are seeing were done by one person who agreed he was purchasing his vehicle as is to get a good discount on the price. The vehicle broke down later and he then insisted I pay for the total repair. I agreed to pay for only half. As you can see one person can do a lot of damage to a small business on the internet. For this one angry customer i can give you dozens of happy ones. I hope you will not let this negative posting keep you from giving us a try as most of our customers tell us it was their best car buying experience ever!
There are two sides to every story. I have been in the car business for 30 + years myself. I have hundreds of happy satisfied customers and yes, a few un-happy ones. I focus on selling vehicles for under $10,000. It is hard to find good, clean, problem free vehicles in this price range. I do my best and usually have the cars checked by two different mechanics before I sell them. When you buy and sell almost 400 cars a year in this price bracket odds are that a few of them are going to have a problem. The manufacturers can not afford to warranty these cars and neither can a little dealer in Spokane Valley. I recommend that everyone who buys a car from me purchase an extended warranty so they will remain happy with me and the car if it breaks. I sell these warranties mostly at my cost because I do not have a crystal ball and my motive is a happy customer rather than money. Every eligible vehicle is sold with at least a 3 month 3000 mile power-train warranty.
